The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was passed on March 11, 2021, and is the third round of Coronavirus Economic Impact Payments.
The ARPA provides $350 billion in emergency funding, $130.2 billion for local government.
But as we know, there are many nuances in the ARP Act, and it can be confusing.
Connect with Nick Levine, our in-house American Rescue Plan Act expert, and he will be able to answer your questions.
You can ask him about any of the following (not limited to):
- Can ARPA funds be spent on technology and software?
- Eligible/Ineligible use cases: How do you know if the specific use is qualified and unqualified?
- Can cities and counties use ARP Act funding to pay "back to work incentives"?
- Can funds be used for multi-year contracts?
- Reporting requirements
- How to calculate revenue loss?
- And anything else you have on your mind.
